gingerCube, Inc. (“gingerCube”), including its related sites (maxrvu.com) and smartphone applications respects your privacy. Any information collected on our websites or by our software applications (the “Service”) is used to support our relationship with you. We may use this information to process your purchase, provide service and support. This information may also be used to share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information.

We will only share your personal data outside of gingerCube with your consent, as required by law or to protect gingerCube, its customers, or the public, or with companies that help gingerCube fulfill its obligations with you like payment processing services. We ensure that we partner only with companies that are committed to protecting your privacy and data. gingerCube only asks for specific types of personal information

On our websites and online support tools, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit, to assist you with purchase and technical support issues or to follow up with you after your visit.

For example, we request information from you when you:

  • Place an order
  • Provide feedback in an online survey

Information we may request includes your first and last name, e-mail address, a valid telephone number, your time zone, address, name of your business/practice, type of business, credit card details (which will be stored and processed by our third party service provider), your medical practice area(s), facility affiliation, customer preference information, as well as other similar personal information. If we ever ask for significantly different information we will inform you.

gingerCube only uses your personal information for specific purposes

The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with gingerCube. Among other things, we want to help you quickly find information on gingercube.com and alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new products and services from gingerCube. Agents or contractors of gingerCube who have access to your personal information and prospect information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for gingerCube. gingerCube may enhance or merge your information collected at its site with data from third parties for purposes of marketing products or services to you.

In addition, gingerCube may be required to disclose personal information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, regulation, and other legal action or if gingerCube reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to protect gingerCube, its customers, or the public.

You can opt-out of gingerCube’s marketing list at any time

Periodically, we may send you information about gingerCube’s various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. At any time you can easily opt-out of gingerCube’s marketing list. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from gingerCube.

gingerCube will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization for its use in marketing without your consent

Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) or your use of the website and the service will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent. Your information may be shared with agents or contractors of gingerCube for the purpose of performing services for gingerCube.

Internet Commerce

The online store at gingercube.com is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us. gingerCube is committed to data security with respect to information collected on our site. If at any time you would like to make a purchase, but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you may contact a sales representative over the telephone. It has always been a gingerCube practice to contact customers in the event of a potential problem with your purchase or any normal business communication regarding your purchase.

Customized Experience

We use technology to help us deliver customized visitor experiences. At gingerCube, we primarily use "cookies" to help us determine which service and support information is appropriate to your machine and to maintain your user experience in our online web app. Our use of this technology does not mean that we automatically know any information about you. We might be able to ascertain what type of computer you are using, but beyond that, our use of cookies is designed only to provide you with a better experience when using gingercube.com and its related sites. gingerCube has no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy while using our site. gingerCube issues a session cookie only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include either the username or password of the user.

Third Party Sites

Please be aware that other web sites that may be accessed through our site may collect personally identifiable information about you. The information practices of those third web sites linked to gingercube.com, if any, are not covered by this privacy policy.

If you use a credit card to make payments, gingerCube does not store or process any credit card data. The gingerCube registration process takes the user to a third-party site (stripe.com) to process payment information. Your access to that service is governed by that site’s terms of use.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you're online. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. While we strive to protect your personal information, gingerCube cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.


maxRVU is a robust and secure solution that is built to be HIPAA compliant. Protecting patient health information is of utmost importance and we take all precautions to ensure that the information is safeguarded.

maxRVU can only be accessed using a system user ID and password. The ID is required to use the solution on the web as well as the mobile device. The user ID is a unique ID in our system and works to track usage of the product. All users are required to use a PIN to access their smartphones and the maxRVU app also has a user enabled PIN that can enhance protection. 'Touch ID’ and ‘Face ID’ can be used with enabled devices to unlock maxRVU.

Security for all users is enforced. Data at rest and in transmission is always encrypted. Web sessions left idle are automatically signed out to protect against unauthorized access. Audit controls are in place to track activity in the system. Data is backed up twice a day to industry standard Amazon Web Services.

We perform extensive logging of access to the App to ensure your data is accessed correctly. We do not share your information with any third parties. All users have unique identifiers. Your passwords are stored in a hashed format - not plain text, meaning they cannot be simply "reverse engineered."

All employees/contractors working with gingerCube are required to sign a HIPAA agreement regardless of their role in the company.

A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) can be provided upon request.
